And when I contacted them, they said they give no refunds under any circumstance.What? Someone who already wasted a year's subscription is going to get charged for another year of non-use. No wonder people have complained that you are ripping people off. No one who has any sense of fairness will charge people something for which they do not use. No reputable company will do that.Avoid Urbansitter. They only care about making money not helping people find work.
