The quality of the sitters is great!For parents looking to have regular childcare, this site is great. We always had great caregivers when we used this service.Unfortunately, the membership fee is quite high for parents that only require occasional care.We had a situation with over-billing that was resolved incredibly promptly an in a friendly manner. To me, this shows a strong value system for the service.
