I used Urbansitter and was finding jobs. Recently, someone hacked my account and changed the email. I'm uneasy as I had direct deposit set up and have personal information on my profile. I'm unsure of how unsafe it is for someone to have access to my profile right now. Urbansitter does not have a phone number to call and they have NOT responded to my emails. This is the service you get for paying for a membership?
