It’s just terrible. My profile is hidden for over 9 months. I sent the costumer service an e mail so many times to solve it. They only sent me an automatic e mail as a response. I told them it didn’t work and I really needed someone to help me and I gave them my number a few times but nobody called me back and they keep sending me automatic e mail. And I thought they didn’t help me because I didn’t pay for the profile and I did pay yesterday. I renewed my profile. Added more things about myself , changed my profile picture etc. Guess what ? My profile is hidden again :) It says contact to costumer service . Which costumer service ? And the worst thing is I paid $25 and got nothing back. I sent them an e mail again today but I know I will only get an automatic e mail back. It’s so sad the number of costumer service doesn’t work on google. There is no way to reach them out unless they reach you out which is impossible..!!
