I just finished the Junk Yard course. For the first module I followed along with Ian, step-by-step learning his process. For the remaining modules, I used his process but did the sketch on my own before watching the videos. Then, when I was done, I watched Ian's videos and learned even more watching how he approached the subject. Then, I went back in and refined some of the details in my sketch. Ian does a great job of presenting the process and describing the details he is seeing as he completes the sketch. He's fun to listen to as he describes what he is doing and why he is doing it.
