I seem to have the exact same problem another reviewer has had recently - I keep getting charged for a USC membership that is suspended and has been suspended the entire month - absolutely no service provided. The reason for the suspension is ‚failed payment‘ eventhough my payment methods are valid and working for any other online purchase and there is enough balance in my bank account to continue my subscription. Paypal did not work eventhough Paypal customer service says there shouldn’t be a problem from their side, my bank says there shouldn’t be a problem on their side either. It must be technical error within the app. Still they are charging me the entire fee for the month. They are also refusing to unsuspend my account after I already transferred them money directly as a wire transfer after they requested the transfer. Customer service is also not helping, their hotline does not work, and I have no idea why they keep charging me a membership fee every month for a membership that has been inactive for months. This feels like a scam.
