My mother-in-law bought a coat as a Christmas gift, but it didn’t fit the recipient. Trying to get a refund has been incredibly frustrating. She is 76, and this return has made her very upset, so she asked for my help. When you email the support team, they don’t accept emails. Instead, you have to open a ticket that promises a response in 72 hours, but there has been no reply. This all began on 12/26, and today is 1/12. Still no response. I would give a rating of 0 if that were possible.
