Scam site. Paid for an order and never got an order confirmation. Contacted customer service and they say they can’t locate my order despite me sharing payment details. Completely unwilling to resolve this despite clear evidence that funds have been moved to their account.
Given they must have access to their bank and hence see the incoming payment I can only assume this is by design and hence a scam.
Don’t let them rip you off too
My mother-in-law bought a coat as a Christmas gift, but it didn’t fit the recipient. Trying to get a refund has been incredibly frustrating. She is 76, and this return has made her very upset, so she asked for my help. When you email the support team, they don’t accept emails. Instead, you have to open a ticket that promises a response in 72 hours, but there has been no reply. This all began on 12/26, and today is 1/12. Still no response. I would give a rating of 0 if that were possible.
This is my initial experience ordering from the service, and I purchased a women's coat. It shipped just two days later, though I haven't received it yet. I'll be able to provide a more detailed review once the coat arrives. The website was user-friendly and straightforward to navigate, and I ended up placing another order just three days later.
