During the lengthy wait of over three months, I was in constant communication with them, and they even provided misleading screenshots claiming it was in transit. They should be banned from payment services. They also claim to be based in the UK, but they are actually located in China. STEER CLEAR or you risk losing your money and ending up with a subpar wig.
