Do not purchase from this store. it is a scam. the wigs are not human hair and are cheap costume type wigs. They will never refund and scam paypal. Avoid at all costs, Disgusting scavengers taking advantage of dis advantaged people. Paypal should not host their fake products.
This supplier is deceptive. I ordered a human hair wig but received a low-quality synthetic one instead. They refused to acknowledge it was synthetic, despite it being easily identifiable by my stylist, and it seemed like a cheap product sourced from another platform. I attempted to get a refund, but they denied my request and suggested I return it for an evaluation of its authenticity. They exploit vulnerable customers. Avoid them; they are essentially thieves. During the lengthy wait of over three months, I was in constant communication with them, and they even provided misleading screenshots claiming it was in transit. They should be banned from payment services. They also claim to be based in the UK, but they are actually located in China. STEER CLEAR or you risk losing your money and ending up with a subpar wig.
I’ve been waiting for a wig to be delivered for over a month when I was promised 5-7 days delivery. I truly thought it was a UK company as I would never have touched them. I’m due to start my chemotherapy and this is a thing I could have done without. £107 is a lot of money to me. I feel so let down.
Wig was late being delivered, and in the mean time my wife passed away. The response from support on obtaining a refund was callous and thoughtless, kept telling my wife had passed away and they kept insisting for photographs of the wig although it had never been out of the box (packaging unopened).I understand now why there so many bad reviews for this company, avoid doing any business with them
SCAM Site. Read this for a chance of getting your money back: I ordered a wig from this website for a Halloween event before checking the reviews. After ordering, I looked them up and realised the company had hundreds of negative reviews and a BBC investigation linking them to scam behaviour, including misleading cancer patients. At that point I tried to cancel my order, especially once I saw the item would arrive too late for my event.What followed was a long stream of messages asking me to keep the order, open the parcel, or close my PayPal case. I refused because opening the parcel can invalidate a refund claim. At one point, the seller even admitted to me in writing that the return address printed on the parcel was fake – which is a known scam tactic and violates PayPal policies.I reported everything to PayPal (proof of cancellation, fake return address, screenshots of them pressuring me to close the dispute, Trustpilot reviews, and the BBC article), but PayPal were unfortunately not very helpful.Ultimately, I disputed the transaction through American Express, who were extremely helpful – this is how I finally got my refund. This is a scam supplier. I ordered a human hair wig and received a cheap synthetic wig. They denied it was synthetic ( easily tested by my stylist) and looks like it was fron TEMU and sold on by these despicable con artists. I tried to get my money back which they refused and offered for me to post it back and they would decide whether it was real hair or not. They prey on unfortunate people. Do not deal with them they are basically thieves. When I was waiting for it to arrive which took more than 3 months I was in correspondence with them and they even sent false screen shots of it in transit. They should be removed from paypal. They also make out they are in the UK, but they are in China. STAY CLEAR or you'll lose your money and end up with a cheap costume hairpiece.
This company is a total scam . Please do not use them or waste your money . The quality of wigs is horrendous and it caused severe itching and rash .They have false misleading information regarding refunds which they don’t do I have had to open a dispute with PayPal . They are not based in UK and you will lose your money when these wigs are priced nearly £200It’s not human hair they are totally scamming people by saying it’s human hair Having read all the reviews ( they are all correct ) I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I requested refund 2 days after receiving the product told them tags all intact they wanted me to pay £20 and they would send another wig !! Whilst the one I bought was £167 Goes to show they are total scammers . Being a cancer patient it’s money I could have done with rather than be scammed by this China based set up scam .PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL YOU WILL GET AN INFERIOR PRODUCT WITH NO CHANCE OF REFUND AT ALL !
If I could give no stars I would ordered off this site no package arrived keep telling me it has been posted on Royal Mail tracking they have been told that they are expecting it since 3 dec I am going to go through paypal to try to get my money refunded as paypal should not allow us to order and pay through them as other customers have had the same experience with this company as they have tried to claim off PayPal and they should be removed from the top of google search engine
