I would give them negative stars if possible. The dress in the picture looks nothing like the actual product; it resembles a less impressive version of a Disney princess dress. I ordered it on 11/5, a month ahead of my event, but it didn't arrive until 12/9, after my event on 12/6. I have photos comparing the displayed item to the actual dress, but there's no option to share them here.
It’s been nearly a month since I ordered a dress. The tracking number was unavailable for three weeks, and now there’s a tracking number and delivery status. However, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! I would greatly appreciate a response and assistance with this issue.
This is a complete knock-off experience. The shirt I received is a poorly made imitation. They discourage returns and only provide a 20% refund. Subpar products and absurd customer service. I shared a photo of what I ordered versus what I got. I can't determine where the original image came from, but I strongly advise against purchasing from this site! Total waste of money!

Buyers should be cautious, as the quality of the merchandise is very poor. I received my order yesterday, and upon opening it, I was completely appalled. I requested a refund and was offered only 30% back on a $150 purchase. I was shocked, especially after acting within 24 hours. This is an insult to customers who feel scammed. Don’t risk it and steer clear of this unprofessional business.
This company is terrible for false advertising. They display a picture and after weeks of waiting—despite claiming a five-week delivery—what you receive is a cheap version of what you thought you ordered. They only offer a small refund. This company is a scam; their products are misleading. Avoid them at all costs.
I ordered a blouse at the beginning of May 2025. When it didn’t arrive by early July, they informed me it was just coming out of backorder and would be shipped. I received it recently, but it wasn’t the item I ordered. When I checked the site, the original blouse was no longer available. This has happened to me before, and I gave them another chance, only to be disappointed again. Now they expect me to cover return shipping. I’ve contacted payment services about this issue.
First, I ordered polo shirts with flags for July 4. They arrived after the holiday. When I tried one on, it was too small. I ordered XXL, but I didn’t realize the company used different sizing standards. When I requested a refund, I was only offered $9 on a $60 order. I recommend buying from another company. They didn’t provide any return or refund instructions.
I can’t believe anyone would be satisfied with the service from this company. My wife ordered a top on June 5 and is still waiting. The excuses are simply unacceptable. They took our money, yet the item hasn’t even been produced, let alone shipped. They offered a credit for future purchases, but we will not be returning. They’ve held our money for six weeks without any idea when we will receive our order. Truly disgraceful.
