Want to share something interesting. On February 23rd, two charges of 25,299 KZT each appeared on my card from Battle.net. I haven't touched your platform since 2022, never linked my card, and I have 3D Secure on my Visa - meaning NOTHING should go through without an OTP. Surprise - no OTP, but money is gone. Twice.
I opened a support ticket over 24 hours ago. Radio silence. Great customer service 👏
So let me get this straight - your platform somehow processes payments from cards that were never linked, bypasses 3D Secure verification, and your support can't be bothered to respond? That's not a bug, that's a disaster.
I'm already in contact with my bank, Visa International, and financial regulators in Kazakhstan. I'm also making sure as many people as possible know about this vulnerability so they can protect themselves.
A full refund of 50,598 KZT and an actual explanation would be a great start.
