Called to setup appointment for our oven vent/fan. They requested the proof of purchase which was already sent for our oven so I sent it again by email & text. No calls or emails or texts to schedule. Just terrible customer service. I don’t know what happened from a year or 2 ago in their customer service department but we are still having issues and no one’s reached out.
