My husband ordered a ring for my birthday on October 29, 2025, but I received the wrong item on November 21st. I quickly reported the issue, and they promised to resolve it. After returning the incorrect ring on November 27th, they assured me the new one would be expedited. It’s now December 17th, and they’ve informed me that the new ring won’t even ship until next week, right before Christmas. This will likely delay my receiving it even further, which is disappointing given their initial promises. If you're planning a proposal, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid this hassle. While the packaging is nice, it doesn't compensate for the wrong item. I just wish I had gotten a refund and shopped elsewhere.
