When it comes to the quality of the ring, I truly love it. I measured the size incorrectly, so the ring turned out to be a bit larger than my finger. The only issues I had with the company were the slow shipping time and the very delayed responses when I messaged them via Instagram or their website. Other than that, this is still a great company. I will definitely come back for my next rings.

The idea is great, but the shipping process has been frustratingly slow. I received an email indicating my order had shipped, yet it has been over nine days stuck in pre-shipment. The postal service hasn’t received the package, even though the shipping label was created on December 28th. It's now January 6th, and I'm still waiting for my order.
My husband ordered a ring for my birthday on October 29, 2025, but I received the wrong item on November 21st. I quickly reported the issue, and they promised to resolve it. After returning the incorrect ring on November 27th, they assured me the new one would be expedited. It’s now December 17th, and they’ve informed me that the new ring won’t even ship until next week, right before Christmas. This will likely delay my receiving it even further, which is disappointing given their initial promises. If you're planning a proposal, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid this hassle. While the packaging is nice, it doesn't compensate for the wrong item. I just wish I had gotten a refund and shopped elsewhere.
