So far so good with slight mishaps. I ordered a promise ring for my girlfriend as a late surprise for Valentine's Day. After attempting to verify it did not work and they sent me emails to have them do a manual verification. After this they sent me an email saying I was verified and I went back and clicked the continue button expecting all to be well... It has been about 2 weeks and I reached out and they said I never verified so I sent screenshot proof. They then told me I never clicked continue (which I did) and magically my verification was now through. Though they did try shifting blame onto me for their own mistakes which is kind of wrong, they did inform me they would expedite the process for me and that the ring will arrive in 10 business days. If it does not, I will be updating this to 1 star and contacting them again.
