It is with huge regret I am leaving a poor review despite being a very loyal regular customer (every year i spend around £500-£600 with this brand however the customer service element is SHOCKING. It may be due to the brand using an AI customer service team? I have have been trying to resolve a query which is preventing me ordering £100.00 of products. Having sent multiple messages via the message centre, which is quite honestly is useless, I am now stuck with no way of escalating the issues. It feels this brand needs to look carefully at the poor customer service offering which i have found now and in the past to be not fit for purpose.
