Review Time
It is with huge regret I am leaving a poor review despite being a very loyal regular customer (every year i spend around £500-£600 with this brand however the customer service element is SHOCKING. It may be due to the brand using an AI customer service team? I have have been trying to resolve a query which is preventing me ordering £100.00 of products. Having sent multiple messages via the message centre, which is quite honestly is useless, I am now stuck with no way of escalating the issues. It feels this brand needs to look carefully at the poor customer service offering which i have found now and in the past to be not fit for purpose.
I love the product that I purchase (Bergamot & Jasmine Shower Gel). Today, I received an email offering 20% off selected products. 'Enter 'this code' at checkout to see if your selected product qualifies'. I found no place to enter any code at checkout - and I was fairly sure my product was not a 20% option anyway. However, I still spent the $139.92. But ... I feel I was tricked into this purchase, and I do not like that feeling at all.
Actually, my experience wasn't "great" as you suggest as it has taken me a few months to be able to get items and now they are more expensive. Likely due to the dumbass in our White House but disappointing as I tried to order before the stupid tariffs went into effect.
Your products are really great BUT your shipping is terrible. The products arrive leaking and damaged on a regular basis. Trying to get customer service to respond and take action is a time consuming and frustrating experience. Love love the product but hate having to order and receive it damaged. It is too expensive to receive damaged product.
