Terrible customer service and communication. Terrible adhesive that basically melts. We ordered this product, applied according to their instructions on our SEALED concrete garage floor and it needed to be removed because it was causing a terrible gap in the door that let heat out and cost us hundreds in heating oil. They will not stand by their product or their website’s guarantee of satisfaction. Shame on you! The threshold had to be removed but has not been thrown away. Garadry chooses to lie and say that our floor was not sealed..it is....and that we threw away the threshold....which we didn't. Run as fast as you can from this company. Their return policy is not hassle free....just the opposite! It has been nothing but a hassle to deal with Garadry!
