Man this thing is great and works perfectly. Just make a couple cuts, couple notches, glue it down and done. No need to adjust garage door height or anything. Butts up to the back of the garage door, not necessarily under it so it doesn't make you readjust the door settings at all. Comes with foam for between the track and wall. Just rained all weekend and we didn't have any rain inside.
I purchased two seals for our garage doors and they were very easy to install and are performing well. I was impressed with the additional foam blocks and how well they enhanced the overall seal for our garage doors. Water no longer intrudes into our garage nor do mice and other pests. Great product!
