Great for the Novice. Hard to beat deal if you want to try lots of different wines from all around the world. The customer service is fine enough though i have not had any issues and so can't really say.Wine was delivered as promised , it took an extra 3 days maybe because of high demand during April 2020 but arrived safe and sound within 10 days. I Imagine usually it may be quicker but i was not in a hurry.Fun stuff ,fair enough pricing at Angel prices and posted reviews get posted only by members so if you decide not to be a member because the wines are young and not so good ,those poor reviews don't get posted .That is why the ratings are high. Lots of amature drinkers liking sweet thin wines with no complexity! lol .Not really any cheaper than a store, though you won't find any of these wines anywhere but here. You will find similar quality wines locally for the same price (voucher price discount or angel member price, the full price is unrealistic.) unless you live somewhere difficult to obtain wine then this may be a very good option. Mostly legit except for the rating process and a mostly straight forward operation. They have been in business for awhile and i imagine they have no plans to go away any time soon so no worries .
