I really love NakedWines. Their wines are hitting my tastebuds at the right spot with like 85% of their wines! Sure, it happens that I don't like 1 or 2 selections from them in my box, but no hassle, I get the rufund and use it for something delicious next time! Highly recommend!
I was thrilled with this selection of wine, and I was so excited to make my first order. However, their poor customer service has total disregard for their customers. I never get the chance to try the high-quality wines I ordered. They partnered with FEDEX and a signature was required for the delivery. I emailed nakedwides and called over 10 times FedEx to leave instructions for the driver to give me a call upon arrival. Also, I tried to have them held for pick-up. At the end the box was returned to the sender - nakedwines. Nakedwines have responded to my numbers of complaints saying they recommend me to contact FedEx. I have ordered previously from online vendors and I will continue but never from Nakedwines. This has been the worst experience and my issue is still not been resolved.
Very happy with NakedWines. Fast delivery, great packaging - no damage. Good tracking so I was at home to received the order. I ordered a mix of reds and whites. All wine has been excellent so far - half way through the box. Will recommend and re-order in the future.
