My husband has been on auto ship for two years. At this time we decided to cancel the auto ship, as our wages are down. The customer service was so unbelievably awesome, we were so impressed that we will definitely become an auto ship customer again!!! We have enjoyed trying the different wines and love the thought of experiencing new vineyards. We are small business owners, so we love the idea that this can give a smaller vineyard some exposure. Before writing this review, I read through a few other comments. I always wonder how experiences can be so unbelievably different!?! Our’s has been an overall positive experience. We’ll be back in a few months!!!! Peace!
