Suspended our account and services at 6 PM on Friday (out of their business hours), tried contacting them to get it resolved but no one is available to help, cuz their business hours end on 5 PM yet they decided it was fun to suspend us at 6 on Friday .... well done.We just lost so much money and now we wait being completely offline until Monday.UPDATE: it's monday, and the support is still useless.2nd UPDATE: OVHCloud US has temporarily given us access for few days to gain data back. We are trying our best to not be terminated due to abuse concerns on one out of 5 machines we have as we have a solution to move that specific machine to different provider to prevent this. Safe to say that OVHCloud US has NEVER provided us with ANY warning in regards to terminating our account PERMANENTLY. If such warning was given we would have moved the entire machine somewhere else to avoid potential VPS clients causing further conflict. Please give future consumers a warning.Should OVHCloud US understand our situation and its context and provide us a second chance, we will update this review accordingly.Reply to their reply:Using OVHCloud US machines to sell VPSes to others is a big no, one VPS client does a malicious thing and your account and ALL other services that have nothing to do with the one you're renting VPSes on will be terminated. This is unnecessary and unfair. We are asking OVHCloud US as a long-term loyal client of theirs to at least give us a second chance we would move the offending machine to another provider and so the issue would be permanently resolved but they seem to be refusing... so not really sure what to do we're simply being f'ed over. We are loyal customers of OVHCloud US, OVH World and SYS and yet context and information has nothing to do with the entire situation and we still deserve a permanent termination on the U.S account that hosts most of our clients... we are a small business that is on the brink of bankruptcy due to this incident without any sight of resolution as they refuse to work with us further which is very sad. We hope you reconsider and give us a second chance still.
