VERY dishonest return policy. The website states free returns, however I am having to jump through hoops to get a return label. The first time I ordered and tried to make a return, one of the suits was marked as "non refundable" - despite NO indication of it being so on the website. When I called, the agent sent me a return label without complication, but to have to take that step was annoying (I am also still waiting for that return to be processed - it's been two weeks).
Then I foolishly ordered from the site again, and have been unable to proceed with returning one of those suits unless I choose from the drop down menu that there was a quality issue with the suit; despite the fact that I could return it in a different size without complication last time. So after being forced to select that as the option, I then get a follow up email requesting that I send a picture. As if I going to send a picture of myself in an ill fitting suit.
I called the number again, spoke with an agent (who sounded like they were taking calls in Grand Central Terminal)... got disconnected. Called again, an agent sent me a link, the link was no different than what I was getting on the website.
I am still trying to get this issue sorted out.
