The buying experience was satisfactory, but the product quality is somewhat lacking. The bathing suit tops I acquired seldom endure beyond a single season… they frequently lose their shape after washing, and the fabric tends to fray easily from bag straps.
I received the wrong item, and the customer service was inadequate, showing no willingness to resolve the issue. They also requested information that I had already provided in my initial message, indicating they weren't properly reviewing my concerns. After much effort and involving management, I finally got someone to agree to send the correct item, but it will be shipped from overseas.
I attempted to place an order through the company's US site and it was quite disappointing. The swimsuit I selected was marked as "available," yet my order was cancelled days later, despite the item still being shown on their website.
I had communications from a number of your team beginning with someone whose name started with Rag, then onto Tom and Callum, and finally I was emailing with Diane. I appreciated your patience as I tried to upload the documents you requested, and we continued to communicate. I appreciate Diane's assistance in coming to a satisfactory solution to my problem of not receiving the swimsuits I had ordered. I look forward to receiving the replacements and hope that tracking is a bit less confusing. My original invoice #704799406. Thanks again for your service. I can't wait to receive my suits. very good all around but way too much packaging! two little bathing suits arrived in a big cardboard box and the suits were wrapped in plastic, and attached to plastic hangers. totally unnecessary and environmentally damaging. didn't like that. please consider sending stuff more ecologically. less waste. thanks, ethan
