He took the time to explain the entire installation process thoroughly, including how the panels are made and their strength. I had numerous questions, and he answered each one with patience. He was personable, kind, and respectful, ensuring I understood everything. Over the two days, I interacted with all team members. They addressed all my queries about effectively operating the system, which boosted my confidence in using my investment. The installation was excellent; it looks and feels strong and secure. They cleaned up after themselves and organized everything neatly. I was particularly impressed with the electrician, who explained the purpose of all the parts on my wall. I had many questions about how the power from the panels is converted into electricity for our use and the grid, and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the entire crew and their commitment to addressing all my questions and concerns before leaving.
