Review Time
I'm having a hard time assessing my satisfaction. My system hasn't been reporting for a very long time and I've had difficulties when I've tried to reconnect. I received an email with my yearly report and it showed that the system was producing less than half the previous years level. If someone could help me get it back online I would appreciate it. As for the production, perhaps my panels need to be cleaned
Definitely not what I was promised still receiving power bills just like it would be if I didn’t have solar the absolute biggest waste of money that I have ever spent so not happy
The solar panels have worked as advertised. My lowest electric bill was $13.56 in September 2025 and my highest electric bill was $124.70 in January 2025.
My January 2026 bill was $96.52. Since I heat my home with natural gas, my bill averages $75 over a 12 month period which is less than what i paid prior to the solar panel installation.
Installation team was professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation met hoa And buildings codes and accommodated my needs to keep the installation in the right place. They even went to home Depot for paint to make the installation blend into my building and look nice.

I wish I had noted their names, but one individual appeared to be the leader; he was about 5’10”, grew up in Minnesota, and was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the installation process, including how the panels are made and their durability. I had numerous questions, and he answered each one. He was personable, kind, and respectful, ensuring I understood everything. Throughout the two days they were here, I interacted with all team members. They addressed all my inquiries about effectively operating the system, which gave me confidence in my investment. The installation was excellent and feels secure. They cleaned up well and organized everything. I was particularly impressed with the electrician, who explained the purpose of all the various parts on my wall. I had many questions about how the power generated by the panels is converted into electricity for our use and the grid, and he was knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate the professionalism of the entire crew and their commitment to addressing all my questions and concerns before leaving. Thank you to the whole team; please let them know how great they are!

The installation was quick on the day, which I appreciated. However, the overall process was quite strenuous. It took a long time to get an appointment, and I didn’t hear from anyone for months. I had to keep reaching out for updates. The crew that arrived didn’t inform me when they finished; they just left without a word, leaving me uncertain if they were done or would return. I was unsure about what to do next. After a day or so, other individuals arrived, but I didn’t know who they were or why they were there. No one contacted me beforehand. I felt overwhelmed by the lack of communication. Nonetheless, I'm grateful and happy that it's completed. Thank you.
I began the process last year with a different consultant. The company proposed a construction method that my architect disagreed with. After resolving that issue and implementing an alternative construction solution, we restarted the process. The resulting services were extremely effective and efficient.
