The installation was quick on the day, which I appreciated. However, the overall process was quite strenuous. It took a long time to get an appointment, and I didn’t hear from anyone for months. I had to keep reaching out for updates. The crew that arrived didn’t inform me when they finished; they just left without a word, leaving me uncertain if they were done or would return. I was unsure about what to do next. After a day or so, other individuals arrived, but I didn’t know who they were or why they were there. No one contacted me beforehand. I felt overwhelmed by the lack of communication. Nonetheless, I'm grateful and happy that it's completed. Thank you.
