I wish I had noted their names, but one individual appeared to be the leader; he was about 5’10”, grew up in Minnesota, and was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the installation process, including how the panels are made and their durability. I had numerous questions, and he answered each one. He was personable, kind, and respectful, ensuring I understood everything. Throughout the two days they were here, I interacted with all team members. They addressed all my inquiries about effectively operating the system, which gave me confidence in my investment. The installation was excellent and feels secure. They cleaned up well and organized everything. I was particularly impressed with the electrician, who explained the purpose of all the various parts on my wall. I had many questions about how the power generated by the panels is converted into electricity for our use and the grid, and he was knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate the professionalism of the entire crew and their commitment to addressing all my questions and concerns before leaving.
