I purchased a bag for my wife from a Zadig & Voltaire store in Madrid less than two months ago. Considering the €500 price point, we expected high quality.Unfortunately, after very sporadic use (my wife rotates her bags and is extremely careful with all her luxury items), the paint on the leather is already peeling off. This indicates a defective product right from the start.We contacted Zadig & Voltaire's customer service to report the defect, and we were deeply disappointed by the factory's response. They stated the damage was due to "misuse" of the bag, completely dismissing our complaint and refusing to take responsibility for what is clearly a quality control issue.It is unacceptable to spend hard-earned money on a product that is supposed to be premium only for it to fall apart in less than two months. While defects can happen, the fact that a brand like Zadig & Voltaire refuses to stand behind its own products is an absolute failure of customer service.I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. The disappointment of this purchase is immense. We expected high quality and received a poorly made product backed by terrible support.
