Nice clothes and fast delivery. But a shame that I cannot not use my e-gift card on the danish website so as well as it takes a long time to get it refunded.
Also I would like to encourage You to wash the clothes after someone has tried it on. I received a jumper smelling so strongly of someone else’s perfume, that I have to wash it before wearing it. Thats really not nice.

HORRIBLE QUALITY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - AVOID THIS BRAND

I purchased a bag for my wife from a Zadig & Voltaire store in Madrid less than two months ago. Considering the €500 price point, we expected high quality.Unfortunately, after very sporadic use (my wife rotates her bags and is extremely careful with all her luxury items), the paint on the leather is already peeling off. This indicates a defective product right from the start.We contacted Zadig & Voltaire's customer service to report the defect, and we were deeply disappointed by the factory's response. They stated the damage was due to "misuse" of the bag, completely dismissing our complaint and refusing to take responsibility for what is clearly a quality control issue.It is unacceptable to spend hard-earned money on a product that is supposed to be premium only for it to fall apart in less than two months. While defects can happen, the fact that a brand like Zadig & Voltaire refuses to stand behind its own products is an absolute failure of customer service.I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. The disappointment of this purchase is immense. We expected high quality and received a poorly made product backed by terrible support.

Betrüger!!!

Betrüger!!!ch konnte eine Woche lang die Artikel, die mir nicht passten, nicht zurückschicken! Am Ende musste ich das Paket selbst zu UPS bringen. Es gibt alle Nachweise dafür, dass sie die Ware zurückerhalten haben, aber sie behaupten, nichts bekommen zu haben!!! Ich werde Klage einreichen!For a whole week I wasn’t able to return the items that didn’t fit! In the end, I had to take the parcel to UPS myself. There is clear proof that they received the goods back, but they keep insisting they haven’t received anything!!! I will take legal action!

Amazing staff at the Westbourne terrace store in London. I called for an item that was out of stock and the store manager Enzo did everything he could to get me the item. I now have the item and could not be happier. It is so nice to have received proper customer service.

I purchased a blazer from the Zadig-et-Voltaire US website during black friday, and the order never showed up. I reached out to them, and they said they would investigate and get back to me. In the meantime, I took the initiative to reach out to the carrier as well. After days of calling, I was told the delivery truck had issues on the scheduled delivery day, and nobody in my building received their deliveries. The carrier suggested I reach out to the shipper (zadig), and as them to file a claim. I forwarded this information to Zadig, and they closed my case without any resolution! Their exact asinine words are:" I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you. Kindly see the below information stated on your tracking".The tracking falsely showed a delivered status, and the carrier acknowledged this. Zadig DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND INVESTIGATE.THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO A PAYING CONStUMER!Unfortunately for them, they lied to the wrong customer.I will be filing complaints with IC3, the Better Business Bureau, as well as the consumer protection agency in my state.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID SHOPPING AT A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE A US BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZADIG WASTES YOUR TIME AND BLATANTLY LIES TO YOU. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF SECURITY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, SO YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF THEIR INTERNATIONAL TIME LINE.

Do not buy from online site

Same as so many other reviews: Sent multiple emails to request a shipping label to return items purchased online (in the U.S.). Also tried live chat on their site (except no live chat), so left another request for a return shipping label on the chat. More than a week has passed and not a single response. Was a big fan of Z&V and shopped in their stores. But the online experience has been dreadful. Learn from my and many others experiences: Do NOT buy from their website!!!
