I purchased a blazer from the Zadig-et-Voltaire US website during black friday, and the order never showed up. I reached out to them, and they said they would investigate and get back to me. In the meantime, I took the initiative to reach out to the carrier as well. After days of calling, I was told the delivery truck had issues on the scheduled delivery day, and nobody in my building received their deliveries. The carrier suggested I reach out to the shipper (zadig), and as them to file a claim. I forwarded this information to Zadig, and they closed my case without any resolution! Their exact asinine words are:" I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you. Kindly see the below information stated on your tracking".The tracking falsely showed a delivered status, and the carrier acknowledged this. Zadig DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND INVESTIGATE.THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO A PAYING CONStUMER!Unfortunately for them, they lied to the wrong customer.I will be filing complaints with IC3, the Better Business Bureau, as well as the consumer protection agency in my state.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID SHOPPING AT A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE A US BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZADIG WASTES YOUR TIME AND BLATANTLY LIES TO YOU. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF SECURITY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, SO YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF THEIR INTERNATIONAL TIME LINE.
