Same as so many other reviews: Sent multiple emails to request a shipping label to return items purchased online (in the U.S.). Also tried live chat on their site (except no live chat), so left another request for a return shipping label on the chat. More than a week has passed and not a single response. Was a big fan of Z&V and shopped in their stores. But the online experience has been dreadful. Learn from my and many others experiences: Do NOT buy from their website!!!
