The company has surprised me. They seem to care about their customers, but they threaten to delete all my data if I don’t keep my monthly subscription. It feels somewhat like blackmail. I only need to send a few campaigns throughout the year; why should I pay for the months when I’m not using the service? I’m thinking about looking for another provider that has a more user-friendly policy.
