Terrible Experience

The compliance team is the worst! My account was blocked for a month due to a content issue, and despite sending numerous emails, I received no response. I tried live chat support, but they refused to assist, citing compliance issues. On March 22, without any notice, they deducted money from my account! I protested via live support, but they had no proper justification. This feels fraudulent! They block accounts, ignore communication, and still take your money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service. If you want to protect your funds, remove your payment details immediately!

Frustrating and Expensive

The interface is terrible and continues to deteriorate. Importing and deleting contacts takes forever. Management is a nightmare, with confusing segments, groups, and tags, all compounded by a poor menu layout. The pricing is excessively high and lacks clarity.
