I have mixed feelings about the service. They seem to care about their customers, but they threaten to erase all my data if I don’t keep up with the monthly fee. It feels a bit like blackmail. I only need to send a few campaigns each year; why should I pay for the months I don’t use? I’m considering switching to a provider with a more customer-friendly approach.
