Review Time
I returned and item because they sent me the wrong color. The website notified me that they received my returned item, but I never received my refund. The website said it’s the busiest time of the year so I was patient and waited the amount of time they said it should take which ranged from 7-14 days. I have tried chatting with a customer service employee but there are always 60+ people ahead of me, and it has never been successful because the chat eventually closes. I have emailed the Superdry twice and have not heard back. Never had a worse customer service experience. I am just asking for my $52.70 back.
