The coat looks great. Can’t wait to see it. The lack of response from the company when contacting the care email is frustrating. There is no tracking number provided for packages. UPS has them we just aren’t given the info. That needs to be fixed
I ordered a pair of shorts that were in stock online then when my package came, they weren’t in there. I got an email the next day or 2 days later saying that it was out of stock. I bought them specifically for a trip so if they were out of stock, I wish it would have said that online
Worst customer service ever! I ordered a jacket and it said it’s delivered but I never got it. I tried to call customer service but they don’t have a phone number what type of company don’t have a customer help line. Plus they got Facebook messenger they only respond when they want to. So I disputed the transaction. Do your self a favor buy from an American company don’t support these type of businesses that don’t give a damn about customers!
