I am a brand new business owner. I don't know a whole lot about business insurance, but I'm required to have coverage per my lease agreement on my office. After spending hours on the phone, emailing back-and-forth and generally feeling like I was getting the runaround by multiple other insurance companies, and receiving sky high quotes for what should be a simple liability policy, I ended up speaking with Matt today about a BiBerk policy. What a great experience dealing with biBerk Insurance. The online quote was very easy and user friendly. When I called the 800 number for more help it got even better! I spoke to Brittany Trotman who was so helpful and knowledgeable it really made for a great customer service experience.
Huge problem with getting COI'S (certificate of insurance) for my customers. It takes several weeks if I get them at all. Left them several months ago. AND they keep trying to charge for a closed policy account over and over again for months on end. Not a good company at all
