Review Time
I still have not received my package or any information about the estimated delivery date. The delivery tracking portal does not give any meaningful information at all. I've ordered and paid already but I have no information about when to expect my package.
Your website keeps refreshing as I try to scroll down to see all products. It is very hard to use it. Also, the items I put in my basket quickly disappear if I leave the computer for an hour or so. I often put many items that I like first then choose what I really want later. Once things disappear from my basket, it is hard to find the same products again due to my first reason above. At least, please make a section that is for "previously viewed items." I really like your products, but my experience with your website is not pleasant.
