I purchase a jacket for my son's birthday and it arrived quickly. However, the plastic security code was NOT REMOVED!!!!! I ordered online so I would not walk into a store because of COVID. Huge oversight on your part! Disappointed he will not be able to wear it until this is solved.
I went into the actual store to look for some sales. I saw a hooded sweatshirt that I loved but they didn’t have my size. The salesperson suggested I go online to find the item that I wanted. After looking online, the item was easy to find. Fast shipping too.
Love superdry. I like the quality, design, style n aesthetics of superdry. Only reason im giving 3 stars for this review is because in my recent order#SUPERDRYUS4042384 i ordered a 2pk of boxer briefs. When i opened the package, one of the underwear still has the safety tag attached(black circular discs with a pin in the middle) it doesnt come off easily and im not sure if this somekind of anti-theft device or not. Now i have to go thru the whole return process. Hoping that process isnt too time consuming. Im just a little disappointed with this online transaction. Expected a bit more from superdry quality assurance.
