I really like the color and it does keep me warm. I was expecting it to be a thicker jacket for the winter but it’s lightweight material is not meant for harsh NYC weather unless you layer up. I used the size guide and it definitely worked for me so I’m very happy about that. The only disappointing thing is that I don’t buy good quality jackets/coats at all so I wanted to treat myself to it this year for the harsh winter. I invested in this one because the jacket isn’t over the top pricy and it was on sale. But for the price I was expecting something a little heavier and this jacket is very lightweight so I am disappointed about that. I’m definitely going to have to purchase a heavier coat for this winter and use this one as a spring and autumn jacket.
To be honest your customer service must approve. I’m have been unable to speak to a representative every time I have purchased items. I have bought several items I love the products. However I can never speak to anyone. Now I have an issue with recent purchase. The item says delivered however I did not receive it. They must of left it on my porch. It could have bee. Taken please help with this issue.
