It took almost 4 months to get my boots. I had to call and email soooo many times! They never followed up with me until I initiated it. They were always polite, however it was a horrible experience. Apparently instead of "ave" they had "st". The item was lost or stolen several times - they said. Once I finally got my Sidi's I absolutely love them but I had to work too hard to get them.
