Nice to work with a real person. It's nice to have a person that I can call or text at a payment processing company. If I need help I have my rep to contact directly or the customer service team. Feels good to know that I'm not just a number like with solutions like Stripe.
This service is a joke and comes across as condescending. It gives the impression of being a viable alternative to payment processors like Stripe or Bankful. However, upon initiation, they request bank statements, business licenses, and inventory details. It falls short as a true alternative and complicates the registration process similar to traditional banks. I strongly advise against using it.Honestly if you fail registration anywhere else there's no need to contact this company
They saved my website from the dark caverns of Paypal. If you use Paypal as your card processor, beware. They will rob you blind in an instant. It's really nice to know that if I need anything, or experience any issues, I can call up or email a specific person, with a name, who knows the history of my account.
