when i started ECM parts and service july 2024, My husband had East coast Mowers & Service llc he had 2 square machines one for his house calls and one at his store.. when i moved my location to 1200 castle hayne rd which is a 36 acre ware house facility with 3 different buildings.. i tried to secure a loan and was denied because of his account which im not affiliated with.. i even offered to pay his debt and was blown off.. my business has its own EIN/TIN and separate bank accounts and was still denied.. even after getting other credit card processing offers i stuck with square.. i just believe this is completely and totally unfair.. but i still use your product.. in a year i have never even heard from my account rep not 1 time. customer service absolutely is terrible..
I like the ease of use and the quality of the software. Overall i feel like we are getting a level of security. Of course over the last few years the Cyber Security system has not identified anything out of ordinary ( I am glad )Regarding my experience regarding renewing my subscription I am not sure if it was really positive or negative!I had automatic renewal, you failed to get an authorization, i had to do it manually I ended up with ESET Home, I am still running ESET Cyber Security on my computer. I found it a bit confusing!
I had high hopes using this platform for a new company. Then one day my account was froze and they simply said "you didn't see the email?" They apparently sent one email, but I had verified and punched in all the information already into my account. They said my funds were frozen for 90 days. It is now 120 days and my funds still aren't released. I can guarantee you I will never use this company again and reading the reviews my story is not alone. Customer service is no help and could not ever tell me why it was frozen and terminated to begin with. You're better off with literally anything else.
