Square still beats the competition for me.

I have been using Square for a few years now, and I have compared to other point of sales recently. I still would not switch, they are not worth it. Square works on multiple hardware platforms, android & iOS. Their equipment has always been very reliable. They are just flexible. I love how online ordering integrates seamlessly with our point of sale and kitchen. There are also a lot of integrations (I only use 2), so you can get it to do whatever you want without having to fork over a bunch of cash up front.

I ordered protection on 3 additional…

I ordered protection on 3 additional devices. I have been unable to get this extra protection on any of them. So dissatisfied. I spent over 20 hours to get this additional coverage. Finally gave up. I think this is a scam to take my money. If you are legit you will refund my money

Square is not the right POS

I was told that they would only take 10% of my sales after the fees are taken out for a loan. So I agreed and then I started to noticed that this was not true. I noticed that Square would take out the standard fee and then 20% of the original price not the price after the standard fee was taken out. Square should be ashamed of what they are doing by lying to their customers. I am thinking of switching to Clover.
