Overall good experience but one article was cancelled from order

Overall good experience with ordering and delivery. However, one of the clothing articles was not delivered because of a cancellation AFTER the order was placed. This was disappointing.

Square sucks

My son has a square account. He has a similar business to another person with a square account. That person took out a $22,000 loan with square this past November. My son was on vacation for that month, went back to work this month (Dec) and square has attached this persons loan to my sons account! He has to date paid off $7,000 of this other business/persons loan! Square will not allow my son to speak on the phone about this with anyone! They will only speak to him through email and are demanding he send in his tax returns ALONG with the other persons tax returns to prove it’s not his loan!!! EXCUSE ME??? You show my the loan documents he signed! They WILL NOT speak to him about this. He’s closing his account and going to Clover. He’s also trying his best to find this other person and beg for their returns. Like why would they help him? He’s paying off their loan!!! So now my son has lost over $7,000 and Square has lost a customer. Great customer service Square!! You screwed up and expect the customer to clean up your mess!! He’s 30 with his own business and you’re putting him out of business!! I’m done!! Shame on you Square!!

I have been thinking about growing and branding since the day I realized my business plan. I started getting a loan thanks to Square. Then I got another loan. Today, the loan I got is $50,000. Good thing you exist. Good thing. I am opening my second branch.

Very rough and hard to take off buttons

After receiving the item, the buttons for the fur on the coat is very hard to take off. So hard that it pulls and breaks the buttons off the coat.
