Went to NY City to return an item that was purchased online but did not fit properly the workers at the store were very patient and helpful.To my surprised they were able to exchange the item because the store had the correct size needed and helped with the entire process.
BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!!!! Square has been absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Their support and inability to help with anything is beyond comprehension as to how they are still in business. I've had nothing but POS problems, them blocking vendor payments and offer zero reporting. This company should not be in business.
I created an account for my business and was entering all of my information, and then they tell me that they declined my application to accept credit cards. Now, they won't even let me deactivate my account with them. What a bunch of garbage! If I could give zero stars, I would have.
