Extremely Disappointed with Customer ServiceI am both dismayed and frustrated to have to leave this review, but I believe it’s important for other potential customers to be aware of the service (or lack thereof) that they might expect. As a business owner, I understand the challenges of providing top-notch customer service, but the experience I’ve had with Square has been far below acceptable.Firstly, trying to get through to their customer service line has been an exercise in futility. Despite multiple attempts at different times of the day, I was met with either endless hold music or an automated system that led me in circles, ultimately getting me nowhere.Resorting to email communication, I hoped for a quicker, more efficient resolution. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The responses I received were not only vague but also had a tone that could only be described as rude. This level of customer service is not only disappointing but also unacceptable for any business, especially in today’s customer-focused market. To Square, I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to significantly improve your customer service. Your products/services may be of quality, but without the support structure to back it up, you are failing your customers.To potential customers, I advise caution and suggest looking into other options where your business and concerns will be treated with the respect and attention they deserve.
